I'm 6,0 athletic but 188 pounds would say go with a medium with this in mind. Can only wear a t-shirt not for laying if you do construction work. If you plan on throwing this over something thicker then a shirt if go up a size.

The hoodie is well made with a tougher jersey. The colors are pretty accurate to the photos. I think after a few washes it should be better since there is a little chemical scent at first. It's a great option for the price though.

I bought a large and washed the pullover before my husband tried it on. But it ran a little small on him so I re-ordered and went a size up. The XL fits better. We gave the other one to our Son. I hang dry most shirts/pullovers unless I know it needs to shrink a little.

Partner was looking for a workout hoodie that was oversized and black . This is perfect she got it in the mail and as soon as she tried it on she loved it because of the fit . It's a little thin but that's okay since it'll be a workout hoodie .
