This rosin is extremely easy to apply to the bow's horsehair in my cool and dry house. A few light touches is all that is required. An hour of effort using the rosin that came with the violin could not achieve the same effect. I will save that rosin for warmer times.

It's so cute I want to eat it. It also does it's job and has a grip so you don't accidentally touch it and get your greasy fingers all over this beautiful block of wonder. But do be aware that this is not the highest quality. It's a good mid-tier though.

I actualy didnt use this for its intended use. I mixed it with bees wax and a little bit of olive oil to make some custom bow string wax for a comound hunting bow. It allowed me to make a great mix that provides great protection for my string and cables

This rosin works great, it only takes two rubbings on the bow to be fully rosined.

I love this Rosin. Pros: Comes with a gloss finish and goes on easily like powder. Creates an excellent sound. Cons: Did not care for it being an "Add on item." Mostly definitely would purchase again!
