Tried these hinges for a kitchen re-do. $80 for these vs. $300 for Amerock. Well, within months a significant number of hinges have dropped their pins and /or springs on the floor. Replaced them with the quality brand and had no problems at all. Just cheap junk with a short lifespan.

The doors don't shut all the way. They look pretty flimsy. I wish I'd spent a few bucks more for the self-closing ones! Live and learn.

You get what you pay for. The pins kept falling out of the few I was able to actually install and then the screws kept breaking when trying to screw into wood cabinet doors. They split and broke in the wood so now I have to move the holes to a different spot for new hinges. Took the few out that I was able to install and there everything in the trash.

I bought a late 80's house with the standard oak cabinets and well worn brass cabinet pulls. The seller had updated with all new stainless appliances, which made the cupboards look even more dated. I decided to go with new pulls, but the brass hinges would have to go, too. These hinges fit the bill perfectly. Every single hinge worked with the existing holes, and that's 50 hinges. I'm a mature woman, and a bit lazy. I did all the cabinets and drawers in 2 afternoons.

The hinges are were easy to install, matched existing holes well. The soft close did seem to move the doors in an sixteenth of an inch, this only affect doors that close in on each other, so new hole had to be drilled. I would prefer the hinges to have more of a brushed aluminum look then the brushed nickel.
