These clamps are actually very well made and a good value for the price. I tried them out on a project and they held the board very well and I can see many uses for these. If you're thinking about trying these, I say go for it. I am quite happy with them!

I purchase these to clamp and hold boards to rip at odd angles and to establish a straight edge on rough cut boards using a guide piece on my table saw. They were easy to install and set up and clamped evenly and held workpiece tightly.

Has made my job easier when it comes to straightening out boards. I have been so please that I purchased a 2nd set. One for 8' boards and another for 4' boards.

I have used these in Woodworking jigs. For a hobbyist these have been a a great find. These toggle clamps are much more economical than the ones at the woodworking stores. I see no difference in the quality and operation of more expensive toggle clamps.
