Product came with nothing. It came untuned (I expected that) but it was impossible for me to tune it right because I didn’t have the tools to do so. After trying to tune it with pliers and my fingers, I gave up cause my fingers started to really hurt. I found another kalimba that has a hammer, stickers, and an amp connector for less than this kalimba alone. I loved the color of it though.

Very low volume and it hurts my fingers. I was busy with other things and did not get around to sending it back until the 30 days were past up. My fault.

Purchased this and was really excited when it came! The body is flawless and really well made. But the tines are coated in a metal that was chipping when it arrived. I imagine playing this would cause even more metal specs to fall off the tines.

Comes way out of tuned and I tried to tune it but it was near impossible.

Well made but terribly tuned. I wish it has come with tuning instructions, I can barely use this.

The kalimba is well built as far as the wood construction. The metal keys are not tuned properly as they should be. This is more of a wall trophy not a palyable instrument. That's why the price is low.

The key start to rust after several days. It seems caused by the scratches on the key which does not any surface treatment after tune the key.

I got it today, but I am also returning it. I don't know if it's me or the instrument but i could not tune it. The instructions are unclear and it was really stressful to tune without almost breaking it. Maybe I just got bad luck this time.

The main problem here is nowhere in the product description does it state that it will arrive out of tune (which it did--way out of tune) or that it is difficult for the new user to tune it (I had no luck tuning it and gave up).
