Mission: To provide employment for the adult legally blind and help them to live independently.

Programs: Remunerative employment: offer employment opportunities and skills training for blind for whom employment is warranted and desired.

vocational rehabilitation: provide direct instruction in the use of adaptive equipment and software for blind/visually impaired computer technology applications.

adaptation to vision changes: information seminars for seniors suffering from retinisis pigmentosa, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and other vision altering diseases.
