I was getting such bad anxiety from drinking coffee.. so my sister told me to switch. I'm glad I did. I no longer have terrible anxiety from caffeine.The taste of this is actually really good, sweet actually.. but the smell isn't the greatest.It takes little effort and time to prepare, which is great for busy moms. I don't feel as tired as I thought I would and noticed my moods are better as well.
