I learned about this from Katie Dunlop with Love Sweat Fitness. She uses it as a coffee replacement for debloating which now, I do too. Don't get me wrong, I still love my coffee, but this is great when you're feeling bloated and still want that coffee vibe. I actually use this more often than coffee. I follow her recipe (mostly)- a scoop of this, a small scoop of Cocoa Powder (I personally prefer the dark), a scoop of Love Sweat Fitness Miss Congeniality mood boost, a bit of cinnamon, some raw honey, and a bit of heated almond milk. It's so yummy! Now, if you're used to fancy coffee or sugary coffee drinks, this is going to be different and take some getting used to. But it's worth it. It doesn't have to be a coffee replacement. That's just how I use it. And I refuse to run out of it.
