One year ago I discovered caffeine was irritating to my bladder. I have had to give up caffeine, and high acidic foods. I love coffee, and it was my favorite thing about the mornings. I love nothing more than to sit down with a fresh cup of coffee and read as I wake up in the mornings. I thought nothing would replace that. I was wrong! I do not necessarily miss the caffeine, but there are some mornings I wish I could have it for my boost. This has made quitting caffeine bearable. It is delicious! I make it just like I made my coffee with half and half. I do not miss coffee, and I have shared this with my family and they love it to. Give it a try!
