In the description of the Gildan Ultimate Cotton Comfort feel = So, very wrong! = the long sleeve shirts are heavy and thick material = Not even Comfortable! Very deceiving!!!!! Not a Happy customer!

The measurements on these shirts is fine but the fabric has a bit of a coarseness to it. It's bearable but a bit unpleasant to my skin.

Think of these Gildan Men's Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirts (Style G2400) as old-fashioned cotton sweatshirts but not thick material. No elastic stretch. The surface is unfinished. Natural, casual wear. Too casual, I think, for wear under a sportcoat.I'm 155 lb., average/slim build and 5'8. I had to return the small size. They were just too small and tight. The medium replacements are about right. They haven't shrunk much with repeated washings and tumble dry.The neck hole is about right. Arm length is still good after washings -- though I wish they did not have the wrist bands. I tend to pull the sleeves up just below my elbows so it isn't a problem. The body is straight down (not form-fitted) so I tuck it in. Length is fine for that. Since they come in a two-pack, I might spend money on one, to have the body tailored to form-fit. Recommended.
