I love them. Definitely should wear thick socks or 2 pairs for the first few times wearing them but I bout 6 because I'm in a 6 in my other pair and they fit perfectly

I read the reviews before I purchased the boots and realized that I needed to size down. I'm usually a 6 1/2 but I decided to go with the 6 and they fit really well. Unlike my other Docs, breaking them in wasn't has bad as the other Docs that I have. Overall they're great boots with such a great style! Worth the money!

You won't regret buying them. Fit true to size no need to down size. Boots are for women's. I don't feel the need to break them in so much cause they don't hurt and that's a bonus. I love the height I get wearing them. All in all love these boots. Plus, They came in earlier than expected. Will purchase again from seller. Thanks

I've wanted docs for 15 yrs and never made the plunge I've heard every nightmare story out there frankly I'm so surprised by how much I love these boots right out of the box.I usually wear a women's size 8.5 so I followed DMs sizing recs and ordered an 8 perfect fit.I was prepared for them to be painfully stiff/uncomfortable but after wearing and walking in them for several hours now and they feel great. Maybe it's bc I'm used to wearing lace-up steel toes on a daily basis but these are no different than any other new boots I've ever owned. I did get the docs balsam stuff to be safe it feels great but not sure it's even necessary.Im sure they'll continue to break in with regular wear but if you're holding off bc of reviews about stiffness blisters I'd say go for it these are so worth the price I'm having no comfort issues whatsoever.

These shoes are perfect to me and I bought a size 5. I usually wear between women's size 5 US and a women's 6 US (almost always 5.5) depending on the brand. These shoes fit me a tiny bit big so I can still wear thick socks. They weren't too difficult to break in but I recommend to layers socks and wear thick socks at first. They're pretty sturdy too. Almost as if they were steel toed. They are also kinda heavy but you get used to it. Definitely recommend these shoes!!!! Can wear with anything!

This is women's sizes. I read reviews saying to size down so I did like I would foot mens sizes and instantly regretted it. Sent them back and got a size larger than what I ordered and they're okay now. Says on the box they're women's... Now the breaking in process is rough. Get the balm and wear some thick socks along with mole skin to protect your heels.

These boots fit perfectly as they were available in an 8.5, which can be hard to find. The toe box is on the wide side, as with most DM's, so plenty of room for extra warm/heavy socks needed during winters in the Northeast Kingdom.

They are my new favorite boot, so happy to have gotten them! I ordered a whole size down from what I usually wear in heels. So in heels I wear an 8. I ordered a 7 in these boots they fit perfectly!I will also say I do wear a 7.5 in vans, converse, and tennis shoes!
