I wear a size 8 normally and ordered and 8 and they are perfect! I also got the break in socks to wear for a while. These shoes always last forever so they are totally worth the cost!

Before ordering I checked out all the sizing reviews, i normally wear an 8. Most of the reviews were recommending order up. Since normally I wear an 8, I felt confident to just order my normal size. BIG mistake, they were Huge. I had to exchange them for a 7, what a difference. Really nice boot, more feminine style with a almond toe instead of round.I think the only con is how heavy they are, but seem well made.

Got these on a sale but honestly I would buy these full price. I wear size 8.5 and I read these ran a little big. I order the size 8 and I have so much room. The shoes are heavy but I noticed when I wear regular socks it's a little difficult to walk. However when I wear wool socks they fit more comfortable and the weight of the shoes is unnoticed. Plus I get extra height with them so get them .

These add about an inch to your height. They really make your legs look long and nice. Adds a cute edge to any outfit. Summer, spring, fall, or winter, these boots go with any occasion! Dress up or down with these boots. Docs always are uncomfortable until you break them in, but once you do there is no problem. They are heavy, so you wouldn't want to wear them on a long walk.

They give me the support that I need with my flat feet! they are not completely flat shoes but they do not feel like you're walking in a heeled shoe.

I'm obsessed with these boots! I've never owned a pair of Docs but have always wanted a pair. I bit the bullet and it was worth it. They're extremely well made and fit perfectly. It's a very comfortable fit with regular socks and even with bulkier socks. The heel adds some nice height as well, not that I need it.

These boots are extremely comfortable! I know doc Martin boots are usually extremely tough and take time to break in, but with the right pair of socks, I was able to walk in these boots for several hours on the first wear. On top of that, they are so gorgeous, and sleek! These are officially my favorite boots!

The new Docs are Not like the old docs. They are not made in England. Rather made in the east like Vietnam or Thailand. However they are quite cute and comfy but just not the same look and leather quality as the old school docs.

I am usually a size 5.5-6, always a 5.5 in heels. I listened to reviews and sized down, I ordered a size 5, it fits PERFECT. feels stiff while breaking them in today, but after a couple hours there's plenty of room to wear winter socks and wiggle my toes

These are fake Doc Martins! They didn't even arrive in a Doc Martin box. Not real leather! I compared them to real Docs and 4 out of the 6 things that prove that they are real Docs, proves they are fakes!!!

My first pair of Dr Martens! And how did I not get a pair sooner??! This particular pair has a sole that is flexible and cushioned. Hence 'Bouncing Soles'. I'm normally a 7.5 so I had to get the 8 since they only offer whole sizes. It's definitely an 8. I had to add another insole to help with the extra space but now they are perfect. Highly Recommended. Super cute and love the higher heel.

Love these boots! They're beautiful, well made and great for motorcycle riding too. When people say they run large, I would say that the length is pretty normal, while the width and height of the interior are wider. I have narrow feet, so they swim just a bit in these boots, but not by much and they are super comfy because they don't pinch anywhere. In addition, if you find them to be a bit wide, you can buy a shoe insert like Dr. Scholl's footbeds which are not very expensive, and that'll fill up the extra space along with adding even more cushioning. Great boots, nice quality. Look great with black leggings, too. Now, if only Dr. Martin would make a knee-high version of these..

I wore these with thick socks and had no break-in issues. No blisters, nothing! The heel is seriously bouncy in such a fun, pep-in-your-step way. These are a bit taller than "normal" combat boots, and a wee bit larger than a "normal" size 8. But, thick socks fix that. They are very stiff and hard to pull tight the first time or two that you wear them. After that, they are more supple and easier to pull tight for a snug fit around your ankle. I find that going heel down, toes up helps, too. If you need a lot of arch support, you'll have to use an insert. Kinda like Converse that way.

I ordered a size8 and the box said 8 but the boots were a 9. The boots were also scuffed on the toe like they had been worn before. Because of this I will not be able to get the correct size in time for my needs.
