I was able to wear these the first day I bought them. So I believe they might run a tad bit bigger than other Docs. They are a little more narrow at the toe and of course the leather will soften up. I put these on and my hubbys said they were Hot!!

Breaking in period but amazing after. LOVE them.

First of all, I originally bought these boots for a trip to Europe, I wanted something versatile easy to add layers to warm up, mix and match, etc. Well I order them ahead of time, put them away and tried not to use them before my trip, oh well my trip stil hasn't come and I already wore them like five times, they are just INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL I couldn't resist. I wish I had a picture of one of the outfits I wore with them but I've been very busy. I'm probably going to add some pictures once I take pictures. I love that you can literally throw anything on you with this boots and you automatically look stylish and sophisticated. I also love the fact that is not the typical pair that everyone buys and the heel is a little bit higher than the regular ones but that is part of what makes these ones even better. I also size down, I usually buy 9 for flats and more thin shoes, for boots and sports shoes I wear a 8.5 and for this ones I decided to do 8 and it fits perfect with thick socks, it is a tiny bit loose if I wear regular socks but nothing to the point is uncomfortable. They are comfy, a little heavy but exactly what us expected from a pair of Docs and the quality of the product is great! Do not mind the bad reviews, they are in great shape.

My sister had given me a pair of what she said were Doc Martin's. However, the black came off on my socks, so I had my doubts. I ordered these but they were actually too small, so my daughter got these and I ordered a larger size. These look great and are really comfortable.

I lived in docs through the 80s. I regret not holding on to those originals. I bought these because I wanted some chunky black boots. They were comfortable straight from the box. Been wearing them several times a week for the past month and am 100 pleased. Cannot for the life of me figure out why I stopped wearing them for the past 30 years!!!!

I love the boots super cute. I was disappointed in the durability after less then one month one bracket has already broken. But seriously the best for my ankles and allowing me to be more sturdy. I almost purchased multiple pairs but for cost and I wanted to make sure they would last.Updated sent back to Dr. Martin and they replaced with a brand new pair! Still in love!
