These boots are beautiful! However, I would mention that they run a bit bigand wear more like a unisex boot (which I don't recall reading in the description of the product). They are very wide, even for my very wide foot!Additionally, they are quite stiff! They aren't very forgiving and I do worry that they won't get broken in. Too, as with many of the thicker sole boots, they are HEAVY!

Thank the lord for the youth of the America finally realizing how brilliant we were in the 90s and for helping reinforce these shoes as a classic wardrobe staple.

The new Docs are Not like the old docs. They are not made in England. Rather made in the east like Vietnam or Thailand. However they are quite cute and comfy but just not the same look and leather quality as the old school docs.

These are great boots, I've had them for about three years now and only the very back seam of one boot has ripped. I have gone through three or so pairs of shoe laces and worn them to concerts, riots, farmers markets and more. They are heavier than an average boot, but great for the extra lift if you're an event photog. Your heels will get TIRED, so perhaps buy some inserts if that's an issue. I've polished them quite a few times and they should last at the very very least another year. My favorite shoes.

Most reviewers say these run super big, I don't think that's the case. I'm always between sizes, either 5, 5.5 or 6 US. I own the 1460s in 5 US and the Sinclairs in 6 US. I find the 1460s very uncomfortable and too small but the Sinclairs need thick socks or inserts to fit as they run big on me.I'd say that you can size down for an exact fit if you don't mind breaking them in and you're not planning on wearing thick socks. Go with your regular size if you like wearing thick socks.The Leonas are super comfy compared to my Sinclairs too as these are not as heavy but still add height and a feminine look. The leather is soft, so I don't think it'll be a super long break-in process.I am rating these 4 stars because the laces are cheap and won't last too long. I read some reviews saying that this is because the eyelets are small but nah, ticker laces can be used. Make sure you get yourself at least two pairs of laces when ordering the Leonas because y'all have to do that anyways.On another note, I have Egyptian feet, I feel like that's why I'm always between sizes, I think people with Greek or Roman feet can get away with a size smaller.

Loved these at first, but began to suspect they weren't real when they chipped instead of scuffed. Today they ripped and I've only had them for a year! I wear them a lot but I've been taking care of them as if they're real leather boots. Real Docs don't fall apart this fast, in fact they might outlive you. Don't be fooled by these imposters.

I waited over a year to submit my review, and although I love these Docs, I must say it's taking forever to get them halfway broken-in, so they're still fairly uncomfortable.

These were my first pair of Doc Marten's boots. I was looking for an edgy platform/heeled boot that I knew would last a while, so I decided to give these a go. I did read a bunch of reviews/videos before purchasing. I wear a size 9 in Women's in any shoe, but after reading reviews I sized down and got an 8. Length-wise they are perfect. A little tight in the toes at first but they need to continue to break still. When laced-up, they are a bit tight around my upper-ankle, but I just bought them and they need to break in still. The boot is heavier and takes a bit to get used to. The shoe itself is stiff once out of the box, but I'm sure after stomping around for a few months they will fit like a glove. Very happy with my purchase! I can't wait to show them off at music festivals this summer.

I was disappointed that these were not the real Dr. Martens

The laces will have to be replaced, they are super thin. Even though I don't lace Dr. Martens tight it will be good to have a spare since I know I will break those. The shoe needs to be sized down One of the things about these shoes is the are cut bigger so I wear a 9.5 but the 9 was perfect.

These are NOT real Docs. I'm a Gen Xer and I know the real thing when I see it and this isn't it. They aren't leather, the stitching is not consistent, the laces are thin, and the sole looks too shiny and hastily glued on. I suspected this from the low price and other reviews. However! These are lighter than heavy Docs, look like the real thing from afar and fit perfectly! I'm an 8.5 -9 and downsized to an 8. I'm keeping these because Docs never fit me right and these fakes DO. I think this seller needs to be reported for fraud but Imma keep - and rock - my faux Docs.

The first pair I order in a size 8. I've been wearing Docs for 10 years and I am always and 8, however this style is legit a size bigger. Walking around I felt like they were going to flop off. Even adding double thick boot socks didn't help. I traded for a size 7 and it's a perfect fit.

These boots are very stylish. They are exactly what I expected. I ordered a 7 because I am in between 6 and 6.5 and sometimes with whole sizes the 6 is too snug. This wasn't the case with these at all. The 7 was way too big for me. These boots are very chunky and heavy so my feet were swimming around and I was clunking thru the house as I walked around trying to break them in. Being that they are genuine leather they will most likely relax over time so I had to return them and will be ordering the 6.

Loved the look of these boots but after trying to break them in for a month, I'm spent. I've gotten multiple insoles, socks, bandaids, tape, padding, and have watched YouTube videos to try to make these boots not fold and rub on the back of my ankle to no avail. So disappointed in these boots. I was a loyal fan since the 90s.

I love this style and they fit perfectly for me and were in new condition with no glue visible or stitches missing or popped!However the eyelets are not open on the sides, if you are like me and need to be able to adjust and tie your laces fairly quickly (mom of four kiddos!) then this style might not be for you.I ended out returning and getting a different combat style boot with a zip up the side so I didn't have to fiddle with the laces every time.

I love these shoes!! My only problem is that the material isn't the same as shown in the picture. It's a very dull matte look where as the picture displayed is shiny. Also the cut out stars are kinda poorly done. They scuff very easily but shoe polish can fix that ez.
