This shoe is for the serious heel wearer. I wouldn't recommend it as a "first heel" but if you are used to 4 in. heels, you can "graduate" to this one; it may take a bit to refine your walk though because of the height of the heel. When measured, the heel is 5 1/2 in. tall. Fit is good, but I would recommend going up 1/2 to 1 full size if you normally wear a 3 1/2 in. heel; you will need the extra room in the toe box. Arch support is good.

my second pair of these in 8 years, still the same. For those who want to take their high heels skills to the next level :-) Actual heel height is 5 3/4" in the back. Order one size up if you are in between sizes, run a bit small as usual for Pleaser.

As always Pleasure delivered. I have a few pairs of the Domina line as well as a couple from the Dagger line. For the price you can't beat them. Comfortable and sexy. I can wear these all day. I love them...

I'd give these 5 stars except that the heel is NOT 6 inches, only 5 1/2 (in both size 10 and 12). The fit is size perfect and the shoe is super comfortable, just not quite extreme enough for me. Very happy with the quality.
