I absolutely love these scrubs. They are now the only scrubs pants I will wear. I am female and the smalls fit me perfectly. I am 5' 7" and weigh about 145 pounds. My waist is 35". They are a bit long in the legs but I pull them up high and tie the drawstring so they stay up. The elastic works well and the drawstring does not cut into my stomach at all. The pockets are well placed and the lower side pockets hold my foldable clipboard easily. The loop on the side is perfect for my carabiner bandage scissors. The fabric is very comfortable as well.

I now have 3 pairs of these and I'm female.I like them better than the female version because they're more functional. The waist band is a true elastic band and not the stupid ones they put on the women's pants. The pockets are better and they're long enough without needing talls. I wish companies would start making women's scrubs to be more functional
