They seem to fit my son okay. He likes they are lightweight and comfort, however he is six feet tall and I have hemmed them 2 inches and the are still to long.

Only problem I have with these are the pockets. I am 6'4 with large hands and they barely fit into these scrubs. Let alone my phone. The size larger is falling off of me but the pockets are double or More the size.

Bought these pant for work (painter) Md they are very comfortable and I like that fact that they have belt loops. Only this is the xl is a bit baggy and long for me

This is the second pair that I bought for my husband. They fit him well, are comfortable and don't need a belt (though there are belt loops). The first pair was the same, except we ordered pewter (navy) but received olive green. We saw in the reviews that others did as well, and the pewter color was soon removed from the website, so we didn't return them. He uses these pants mainly for lounging around the house, so the color wasn't so important.

So I'm writing this review to help out others. I'm a PT, 5'7, 165lbs athletic build 30x30 pant size. I bought a medium petite first because I regular sizes always run long on me. Come to find out it's women pants which doesn't match the description so no zipper or button or belt loops which was a bummer. The medium petite fit OK, but the pockets were shallow. Returned it for the regular size small which fits way better, has button, zipper and belt loop plus deeper front pockets for my phone. It is a bit longer about 1 inch should be hemmed but it can also go without which is prob what I'll do. Overall it's decent for the money, good for acute care or not so intense outpatient settings.

The fit is good overall, but they are way too long. I ordered a men's medium regular length, but I wonder if these are a medium long that accidentally got mislabeled. Can't return them though because I need them for work. Other than that they seem well made and comfortable

Liked everything except for depth of back pockets. Wallet comes out to easy because back pockets are to small. Velcro won't hold wallet in

I like the elastic waistband, added drawstring and zip up fly. Cargo pockets are a prerequisite for me. These scrubs check l the boxes and are priced right. Will order more. For 20 years I wore a different and more expensive brand. Why didn't I find these sooner?

I should have known this since its made by dickies, they always seem to be quite a bit tighter than other brands even though they are the same size mostly around the thigh area
