I bought this for my middle school kid for his science class. It is slightly too big but i will just fold the sleeves. This was the best quality one I found so i didn't mind that it would be too big. He would just be able to use it for a couple more years, no problem. It is a great quality. It was packaged fine and came on time.

I got this white coat to alternate with the one I received from school. I have used this coat for 2 years and have not had any rips, or fraying of edges. It is definitely more durable than I anticipated considering I throw my white coat around. Who has the time or patients to hang your white coat up all the time.<br /><br />Pro<br />-Inexpensive<br />-Large pockets (easily fits ipad mini, foldable clipboard, etc.)<br />-Inside chest pocket (good for cell phones)<br />-Durable<br />-Thin material feels lighter and cooler<br /><br />Cons<br />-Feels flimsy and more see-through than other white coat<br />-Wrinkles easier than my other white coat<br />-Collar looks thinner and does not look as good<br /><br />Thin material can be a double edged sword so I put it as a pro and con. For me I was all about function over form. The thin material was lightweight and durable and I didn't care how I looked as much as I needed to stay cool. Let's be honest, you still look professional with the bonus of sweating a little less.

Works

You get what you pay for. I'm a first year medical student and needed a white coat that looked professional and that would fit my unusually sized frame (short and stout). This jacket looks better than the white coat I was given from the school. This coat is still, however, somewhat large on me and very thin. Thus, as seen in the picture, dark colored clothing bleeds through. Overall I'm pleased and it should last me a few more years.

Kinda big

Great pockets, fit well, nice and light, the collar was kinda flimsy and often flipped up on me rather annoying at times but other than that a solid white coat.

Overall a very nice lab coat. Have not used it quite yet so will update when I do. Just from putting it on I can see a superior standard of fabric that dickies is known for. GG
