The dress fit fine because there is an elastic waist band in the middle, but it fit a little tighter than expected. I'm 5 foot, 155lbs.

Honestly, when I saw this dress, I *immediately* fell in love with the way it looked. Based off of the customer reviews, I decided--after reading that the dress does run a little large--to order an extra small. I tried it on and it fit great! However, because I am close to having an hourglass build, and I have broad shoulders, a small waist, and large hips, the dress was rather snug on my bottom. I ordered this because I was planning on wearing the dress as a part of a nurse costume that I had built and sought after the product's realistic material. I am six foot two and should have ordered a size larger, knowing full well I had my hips and thighs to think about.

Pleasantly surprised and comfortable! Very well made and nice fabric for the price. I'm 5'6" (1X/14-16W and 40-DD), and this dress fit me perfectly with some room to spare around the bust and tummy area. The length hits me just above the knee, and it has a slightly elasticized high waist in the back which gives a nice shape. After a couple of washings, it will be even more comfortable.

I love this dress. It fits true to size and is very flattering. I got it for a Halloween costume. I am a Nurse and I like to dress as a retro 50's nurse for Halloween and this dress is perfect!

Perfect fit! I’m 5’6” and probably about 172 with some curves and fit great. Used it for a Halloween costume. Can be a sexy costume if you leave a few top buttons unbutton.

Really well made dress. Will be using this as a scary nurse costume. I made some minor modifications. Dyed it in tea to give a more aged look and added fake blood and make up to make it look as if I had a really bad day. Also cut the bottom up one button level and then did some slicing with scissors and fraying on the seam and the arms to make it look older. Fabric is really nice and holds make up well. Seems like it will be very comfortable to wear for Halloween. Liked it so much I not only purchased one for myself but also another one for my teen daughter (hers in extra small).

I usually wear dresses size 6-8. So I purchased a medium. It was a bit large on me, but because my pinning was in two days I was too nervous to have it altered. Excellent material and beautiful shape to the dress. Would recommend...just know your size.
