I'm 5'8" and weigh about 130lbs, ordered an xsmall and it fit perfect. Not too tight and I still have room underneath for a slip.

Aaarrghhh! I ordered this in medium and it is too big.ETA: I am editing this review to say that instead of wearing this as a standalone work dress, which was my original intention, I am wearing it as a lab coat. As a lab coat, worn open or 1 button closed, it is PERFECT, it looks professional yet feminine, so much so that I am ordering a couple more.Once I shifted to using this as a lab coat, instead of ordering a smaller size, I became very happy with this purchase.

I bought a medium. My Bust 36ddd or 38dd( sized from Victoria secret). My hips(butt) is 45 inches. Nice white thick material. Knee lenght. I was worry about my breast and buttocks, but the medium fit nicely. Not too tight not to lose. I bought it for my graduation, I will wear it under my gown so I didn't want it to be to tight on me. Very satisfied with the purchase.

good quality, got for my pinning ceremony in a few days. I normally wear a large-xl. I got a medium it is a bit snug through the shoulders but looks fitted and not so boxy I think the large would have been too big. I am only wearing it for a short time, so not a big deal. 170# 5'5

Loved the look and feel of the dress. I used it for my pinning ceremony for nursing school. The size chart was not accurate, and runs bigger. I'd order a size smaller than you usually wear.
