I am about 5'3" with a curvy lower body and typically wear a size 10/12 for pants and I originally bought a medium based on the reviews stating that they run large, however I had to return and order a large. The medium was a little too tight for comfort around my butt and I felt I wanted a little extra space around there. The large is slightly too big now, however it provides that extra space I wanted around that area. I had ordered just the regular large as well, which I do feel is slightly too long so I will need to cuff them up a little bit to prevent stepping on them. Overall I think these are great cargo pants and are very comfortable, but I would recommend that if you have a little more butt to deal with and want to make sure these pants do not hug it, that you may want to just stick with your usual pant size and not go down a size.

Not at all flattering on a plus size person but they seem to be fine scrub pants.

I'm very picky and I'm pretty happy with these. They could be a little more form fitting, but they do look nice and fit true to size.

I love the color and stitching. They are a little tight on my butt loose everywhere else. Compared to koi brand that fits fine in the butt area.

I wear petite size medium and these are the only scrubs that fit and wear and wash well.

The scrub style pants worked great as hiking pants with all the pockets for notebooks and hiking gear. The light weight material dries within an hour when hiking in the rain with these on. The drawstring tops are not great at staying tight and locked in. I do recommend as long as you are ok with constantly retying the tops all the time.

Loved the pants. All the pockets are awesome. But should have went up a size because they are junior fit, so had to return them.
