I'm 4'9 and 90lbs and have a nightmare trying to find scrubs that fit. From what I have seen, these are definitely the shortest length scrubs you will be able to find without spending a fortune getting custom scrubs made or tailoring. The XXS fits me perfectly, and with my sneakers on it doesn't touch the floor at all. These are super lightweight, don't wrinkle, and allow for lots of movement. I'm in love! My only wish is that they made it in more colors.

Just a hair big but overall very comfy and length is great whiff i have a hard time finding. I'm 5'7" and 135. I wear a size 4-5 but wear almost a 34" inseam. These are plenty long enough.

I'm in love, i could ever size down and would still fit great, on next order i will go down to small, super nice doesn't wrinkle much material, it's comfortable for a 12hr shift no regrets

I just received my pants and I'm going to return them to get a smaller size. I'm 5'5, 155lbs, 40 inches around my hips. I ordered a medium tall based on the reviews they fit too big and long. I usually buy the Dickies cargo size XS tall and they fit just right. I'm going to purchase XS. I hope they fit.

Finally!!!!! A pant to cover my fat ass! Who the hell wants "junior" fit?! If you work in the medical field, you bend over. A lot. So this was perfect. I'm 5'8" and 225. I got the XL tall. Probably could have had the regular as they are a tad long, but who wants shorty pants? Not me! I had to write a review because I'm sick of the skinny people giving reviews. Big girls need legit reviews! And these are legit! Super comfy, too!

These pants Are great, except for the fact that the inside of my legs where my thighs rub the material is rubbing and becoming rough. They don't fit over my butt well either, but everywhere else fits fine. Overall I'm happy with the pants. They aren't too long for me, and I'm really short so it's hard to find scrubs that won't drag. They fit well once I squeeze them over my butt I got size small, fit as expected.

This brand along with Cherokee (Infinity in particular), and grey's anatomy are my absolute favorite! They're silky, with a flattering fit, but also are so extremely comfortable for 12 hour+ shifts! They are amazing for the price.

These pant fits well once you can get them over your hip, the elastic waistband needs to be a little bigger.

Thy are perfect once I put them all but if your curvy I would buy a size bigger. I'm 165 5'6 with a 40inch hip and ordered a medium. It was a little tight trying to pull it up my hip but once I did it fit perfectly.
