Mission: Didi Hirsch's mission is to transform lives by providing quality mental health, substance use and suicide prevention services in communities where stigma or poverty limits access.

Results: In 2018:- 8,817 children and adults received mental health, substance use and/or residential services - 101,010 calls/chats/texts were answered by Didi Hirsch's crisis counselors- 19,194 first responders, faith and community group members, students, parents and teachers received suicide prevention training- 3,361 Crisis Line callers or chatters at high-risk of suicide were rescued - 100% of our suicide loss survivors would recommend our services- 96% of parents were satisfied with the services their child received at Didi Hirsch- 78% of Didi Hirsch’s child clients showed significantimprovement in functioning by the end of treatment- 57% of Didi Hirsch clients who received integratedcare services had fewer emergency room visitsafterwards. - 70% of clients reported improved functioning afterleaving Didi Hirsch’s Crisis Residential Treatmentprograms.
