The construction is not exceptional but one lantern lights up an entire dark room. I will use them for light during power outages. Despite the cheap plastic they are worth ordering for the bright light.

I used these at my brothers house when the lights went out. I came home and ordered them. Never know when you will need lights.

These are honestly very good for the price. I've had a couple of power outages during Florida thunderstorms and they are bright enough to flood enough light, one in the living room and one in the bedroom is plenty to be able to see what you're doing. They are not the most durable Construction and would probably break if dropped from three or four feet but for the price they work well. I would not think these would hold up very good in the rain or if they got significantly wet, my suggestion would be to put each one in an individual gallon size Ziploc bag and use them from inside the ziplock bag if you intend to use them in the rain. All in all these are very good little backups to the higher end lanterns I own.

I like everything thing about this book, it's the perfect gift for teenagers, and young adults. This book give you a clear understanding, of what you need to know about finances and how to manage your money well...Carmen Watson job well done !!!!!???

I have had this product for over one year and the batteries are still strong and works great. I only use for emergency's. I have one in every room including the bathroom. I purchased some for family members as gifts. Forget the scented candles this year, get something they can really use.

Inexpensive emergency lanterns. Arrived quickly and they work. Very bright. A good little lantern to stick in each room in case of power outage. Nice deal . I wouldn't depend on it out hiking with bears or all night without a backup real lantern but good to have at hand for quick emergency situations and 4 per box I have enough to stick on a shelf on each room especially it's now hurricane season to have a quick grab light.for emergencies .

I love that they came in a set of 4 with batteries. I live in Florida and it is still hurricane season down here. You never know when the power will go out and these are perfect. They are bright, light weight and so easy to use. I have placed them in strategic areas around the house. All you have to do is pull up on the handle to turn on and push down to turn them off.

Where I live we often get thunderstorms and where there's thunderstorms comes with electricity outages. The last time we had an outage we were not prepared at all. We only had a handful of candles and those don't last as long as the Vont Laterns. We had already but I had to get a pack to make sure every room would bright as day. The brightness is out of this world. And as long as you have batteries, you'll be set for life. The battery life is super long. Get you one boo!
