Super easy set up! Works great - should have purchased this a few years earlier. On my Vizio TV, I just follow the prompts on the screen to program the remote and it was working in minutes.

I like that it turns on the tv and the satellite box. The bad thing is that it doesn't turn off the tv.

Perfect. when I turned the TV satellite receiver ON, A prompt message appeared on the TV guiding me to program the control to my specific equipment. The USED controls I previously ordered, gave me no instructions. I returned the USED controls and reported them as Defective when in fact, they might have worked if instructions were included.

Fortunately these are easy to order and relatively inexpensive. Our Boxer has taught us to keep them in a safe place when we're not home.

New remote replaced old kid thrashed remote. Came with batteries and was already setup for our LG TV.
