I had to replace our old remote. The buttons would not respond well. Pretty sure we wore it out!Anyway, it took me less than 5 minutes to program this remote. It works perfectly! Just want I wanted.The instructions were very easy to follow.

Replaced a very old remote with a number key that no longer worked. The challenge was training this one to control my TV and amplifier ON/OFF and volume. However, DIRECTV's website had all the info I needed.
