This was bought to replace an aging unit with tricky buttons. This was cheaper than the same product at WM. It comes in a sealed bag with batteries and an instruction sheet.

We bought these as replacements and they synced quickly to our Samsung TV and directv satellite. We knew the old ones were not working just right but we didn't realize how bad until we got these and they work so much better. They are comfortable in your hand to use and respond quickly.

The first remote I received didn't work at all. The one I received today worked perfectly. There are some things in life it just don't always work right but they followed up and replaced it and it works very good. The remote comes with setup instructions labels to put on the back of what room you want to put it in if you want to use them and a set of batteries install the batteries easy programming and all set to go! I need another item similar I will check with his company first

The remote was just like the original and the user was very happy as the old remote had gotten worn out. Some buttons hardly worked anymore. This new remote solved the problem.

I bought this as a replacement Remote Control for my DirecTV System . It was very easy to Program for my DirecTV System and to my brand of TV . I also consider it to be an great bargain for the price I paid for it .
