Mission: To provide affordable accessible housing and in-home services to persons with significant physical disabilities so they can continue living independently in their own home.

Programs: The in-home service program was developed so our consumers can transition from consumer driven services directly to in-home service. This will provide security when individuals and their families face a worsening physical or mental condition.
