Upon receipt of the costume I noticed a bark chip in the mask bag. When unpacking the body I could see dirt/dust streaks all over the front.I expect a new product when I pay for a new product.

The custom is great. The 14-16 barely fits my 13yr old, so it does run a bit small. May consider ordering up a size.

Bought this for my tall 8 yr old and she loves it (4'8 75lbs). Says it's perfect because it's long enough and comfortable. I like how the bow is attached to the costume for comfort and it's made with a stuffing in it so it looks 3D and pops off the body suit. Which has strong velcro closures in the back The face mask also has sponge like pads in it to make it comfortable against your face while also retaining it's shape.

The costume itself is great but we were given two left gloves with it which is why I only gave it four stars. I was able to remove the black dots from the back of one of the gloves and sew them onto the other side and thus solve the problem.
