I take 4 with lunch. Greatly improved bowel movements and helps regulate sugar metabolism. Wonderful product which I will never go without.

I follow Brad Marshall's Croisant diet where he advocates taking 1200mg of ALA before meals. I like this formula best because it includes Benfotiamine which helps regulate your bowels. Completely solved my constipation issues with no bad or \"noisy\" side effects. I take 4 capsules first thing in the morning. This is the best price I could find online for this rare product.
