I recently discovered I have IBS-D. I've been miserable! Found this on line and tried itDiarrhea has cleared up, no more cramping or feeling like I have to run to the bathroom. I can live again! I also follow a low Fodmap diet, but even with that I had cramping and at times felt awful. These have saved me!

I have struggled gastritis and IBD for 5 years now; it was getting so bad that it felt like my stomach lining was completely gone. Everything I ate left my stomach raw and in gnawing, aching pain. I had been to many GI doctors and left with only a prescription for PPIs. Those stopped helping years ago, so I just stopped taking them. I transitioned to a Paleo diet which helped some, but as the years went on my stomach just became so sensitive and raw. Some days, I just had to sit at my desk with a heating pad to relieve the pain. I ordered these pills and the book, and let me just say, these pills have changed my life. I take 2 on an empty stomach in the morning and 2 before bed. I am no longer in agonizing pain; I'd go so far as to say I'm 90 better than I was and that's only less than a month of taking them. I am still on my paleo diet, but have cheated with the holidays. I'm hoping that with these pills and a super healthy diet, I can get to 100 better. If you're thinking of buying these for chronic gastritis, just buy them.They work when nothing else brought relief. I am so thankful and feel so very optimistic about healing now!
