The capsules are very small so easy to take. It has really helped my acid reflux. I'm amazed after taking prescription meds for so long. Had about given up!

If I take this formula twice a day before I eat my 2 largest meals, I very rarely have anymore reflux issues. Before using Pep Zinc GI, I was getting gastric reflux problems almost daily....This supplement really worked quickly....and worked better than anything else I've ever taken for this problem.

I was on PPIs for 11 years, the last 5 of which was Nexium. My doctors all sort of shrugged their shoulders when I brought up concerns about using PPIs long term. One doc tried to help me phase the PPIs out, but it didn't work well as I was in so much pain and was vomiting stomach acid.Then recently the Nexium stopped working as well and I was left with the choice of trying to come off it or going back to my doc to be RX'd something else. I decided to try coming off with the aid of a supplement to see if that helped at all. After reading the positive reviews about this product I decided to try it out.I started using this daily 2 weeks before phasing the Nexium out. Even with the first dose my stomach started feeling better. Then I started phasing out the Nexium. I was nervous because I was not looking forward to throwing up stomach acid again but guess what??? It didn't happen this time. I was able to phase out the Nexium gradually over a week! I did use Pepcid on the rare occasions the reflux attempted to flare up, but these incidents were so mild and rare that the Pepcid took care of it no problem.I strongly feel that this supplement was the key to my success. I have tried to come off the PPIs for years and wasn't successful. But after using this supplement I was able to finally stop using those meds. I can't believe it.My plan is to continue the med for another month or so while my GI tract is still healing. I will update this review after this so I can share if this works for me in the long run.

I got ulcer problems after taking antibiotics. It left h. pylori that was resistant to take over my gut. I didn't want to take antibiotics again. I cured myself naturally. Took long and a lot of money on natural nutraceuticals. This product was one of them. It totally worked, it took away the ulcer feeling in my gut.

For years I suffered from acid reflux taking prescribed and over the counter medication all with side effects. Two months on this supplement along with magnesium citrate capsules has transformed my stomach. Highly recommend.

For decades, I've suffered with a burning stomach (not reflux). Had a number of endoscopies and other tests always told it was gastritis since redness showed up in my stomach. Gave up gluten 10 years ago, and corn, then dairy and other foods some docs thought might be inflammatory. I still had to take Nexium or Pepcid at high doses. Adding more HCL, apple cider vinegar, etc. didn't help. Neither did many other natural remedies. Long-term use of Nexium and Pepcid and similar drugs seemed to be the cause of declining kidney function (more than could be explained by aging). Finally one of my MDs suggested I try this. I was really skeptical since I already took zinc but she said that L-carnosine in combination with zinc could help restore the mucous lining of the stomach. I was told to take 2 on an empty stomach first thing in the AM which I did. In about a week or so, I very gradually cut back to a lower dose of Pepcid and did fine. Eventually was able to get off all those drugs but beware; you have to wean off slowly if you've taken them more than 2 weeks or you'll get bad rebound! I've been off them now for about a year and am so thankful I tried this! I still watch what I eat and spicy foods bother me but overall I am so much better.

Pills are small and it works for my acid reflux !

Seems to be helping with throat clearing. I know it takes a long time to heal the esophagus, but after one bottle I ordered another. It can take 6 months to a year to clear it up. I was clearing my throat constantly and this seems to be working. I'm doing it much less. Doctor had me on Omezprazol and it did nothing. I actually think it made things worse. This was the first product like this I tried so I can't speak to whether this is the best product like this, but only that I am seeing improvement.

On my second bottle and I can say it does help. I have been on 80 mg a day of omeprazole for years and have Barrett's Esophagus and I am down to 40 mg most days. Less heartburn as long as I continue to watch what's eaten. Will continue for another bottle or so and hope eventually I can loose the other 40 mg

I've tried several things to cure my ulcer, this did it. I'm off omeprazole after just a few days of this supplement. Thankful!

I take every morning on an empty stomach. It has done wonders for my acid reflux and stomach pain

This supplement has improved diagnosed gastritis. Easy to swallow, no taste, and no negative side effects. Has helped with acid reflux and pain in my gut. Does take a week or two to notice improvements.

Healed my ulcers

I was skeptical at first trying this. Suffering with “IBS” for over 4 years with chronic gastritis. This is the only supplement that has made a positive impact on my IBS. Only 2 weeks in taking 1 cap in the morning now taking 2 caps in the morning. 1st time I've had perfect BMs in years! Too early to tell how long it will last, but the last few days have been awesome. Excited to see how it goes over the next month or so! Give it a try!

It does work. I had unfortunate diagnosis of upper digestive stuff, I try to stay away from prescription or the other OTC stuff that causes me other effects, more natural I can go, I'll choose to try it first.I'm a smaller size person, one of these before food in the morning with water, for a week and it did it's job. Unbelievable. It came recommended by someone who saves it changed their life.Any new flare comes, I do for another week and it's okay. If you're in pain and fed up with these issues, I suggest giving it a try.

I received this product 10 days ago. About 3-4 days in I no longer needed to take anything for my reflux, which I have had since 1979 after giving birth to a 11 lb baby and developing a hiatal hernia.Furthermore, I have seen a huge improvement in my digestive issues. And, the two spots where I feel pain from reflux or gastritis (one in the tummy and one in the esophagus) have disappeared.I did have issues with looser stools, thus the 4 stars. Small price to pay for the healing I am experiencing.If things improve to the point of not needing to take the supplements because my gut has completely healed, I will report back and upgrade to 5 stars.

Didn't realize how much I needed them, I have been so regular since taking these it's been amazing
