This is great with probiotics to keep reflux down. For me it has to be taken consistently for the max benefit. It works but not as just sometimes-consistency keeps acid reflux and stomach gurgles noises upset away. Definitely recommend.

Tiny capsules are very easy to swallow; I take two in the morning and two an hour before dinner because I have severe gastritis which makes it impossible for me to sleep at night. After two days of taking the dose mentioned before, my symptoms have greatly improved

I have had acid reflux/heartburn for at least 30 years. I have tried everything and have tried not to use PPIs due to all the problems inherent with them but I end up going back because the reflux is so bad. forget the manufacturer's warning to only use for 2 weeks and then stop for 4 months, that is impossible, I was to the point of using two a day, every day. I find your system becomes dependent and when you go off, the reflux is so much worse. Since starting to use this product about 2-3 weeks ago, I am down to one PPI a day and have no night surge with reflux in my throat. They are small capsules, tasteless, and I take them in the morning about 15-30 minutes before I eat. Such a miracle for me. I am hopeful that I might eventually be able to stop using PPIs entirely, for the first time ever.

Usually there's a fight going on in my stomach/intestines, lots of gas and bloating, which has been going on for many years. After taking one capsule, I noticed a big difference the first day, but not completely gone yet. I just started taking two caps. The caps are very small and easy to swallow. I would recommend giving it a try.

A few years ago I began to have terrible burping spells and mild reflux before bed and during the night. After taking two pills 1/2 hour before breakfast each day, the troublesome symptoms disappeared. At that point I stopped taking them and for a year or two was symptom free. Last month the discomfort returned and I began the pills once again. Almost immediately I felt better, and will continue to take them until the symptoms completely disappear once again. The capsules are seriously wonderful! Any GI problems seem to go with the first few days, but do be aware that gastritis takes some time in forming, and also to heal. Be patient and with these supplements you will soon enough be able to get back to normal.

My mom has been suffering from an ulcer for years. She has taken prescriptions and nothing completely gets rid of it. I bought this for her and she has been taking it 20 mins before eating. She said this has been giving her so much relief from her ulcer pain after eating. I really didn't think this would work so well for her. I got to know of this remedy after watching a vid by Dr. Berg mentioning this.

My first gastritis flair up in 10 years. I had forgotten how painful it is. Bloating, nausea, sharp pains. Was not excited about taking omeperazole because of possible damage to kidneys and liver. I found a forum discussing pepzin gi and after reading other reviews ordered it immediately. I doubled the dose, two at breakfast and two at dinner because I had read that 150 mg per day was recommended in a study in Japan. After 24 hours my pain went from a 10 to a 7. 48 hours and my pain is at a 5. Nausea is greatly reduced and I'm no longer curled up in a ball in pain. Will reduce to 2 pills per day once I get to maintenance phase. Buy this now. Stop suffering. You'll be drinking coffee and eating pizza again soon!
