Perfect! I love this pan! Perfect for baking cookies! I always use parchment paper on a cookie sheet when making cookies.

Im not sure who in the world thought it was a great idea first off to attach the description paper to the top of the sheet pans and secondly what brilliant mind thought using the glue dots in every corner of the description sheet was a good idea. Then to use glue that is so stuck on you have to use a knife or blowtorch to get it off. Come on people why cant you use the sticky glue that pulls off really easy and looks like snot burgers. Its not rocket science. The 2 smaller sheets I was able to get off with my fingers and an edge of a knife, but the big sheets I tried my fingers, a knife, a lighter and some goo gone. Which the goo gone helped it a little but I dont know that it was good on the finish so not sure if cookies will stick now.As far as the sheets themselves they seem very nice Ive been trying to find a super thin sheet like we used growing up and this is pretty close. The small size does fit in a toaster oven and the larger sheets seem to be standard size for cookie sheets. Now just have to try cooking with them to see how they do.

I put these babies theough the ultimate test last weekend and they passed with flying colors. After I baked six dozen chocolate chip cookies for my daughter's lemonade stand with these- as someone who bakes frequently- I'm tossing out all my other cookie sheets. My cookies came out perfect. They didn't stick at all and slid right off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I hand washed with a sponge, hand dried with a towel, and stored them flat to prevent warping later. I saw several complaints about the glue- I'm guessing the seller listened and changed it because I had no issues with the adhesive whatsoever, I just picked it off with my fingers and that was it.

This is the best pan for baking cookies! I wish the manufacturer hadn't glued the label to the pan though, I'm having a hard time getting it off with soap and water.

I can't recommend this cookie sheet enough.I have had small ones for years and then my husband got me a large one as a gift. DoughMakers were a couple of Boy Scouts moms who made tons of cookies and ended up inventing this pan. I have made lots of cookies over the years using only these pans and they are right! You will never need to grease your pan again, in fact don't grease this pan it will ruin it. You will never need to use parchment paper nor anything else for that matter because nothing sticks! Now saying that l haven't made florentines yet but willing to bet they would be fine and no this is not a non stick pan, it's just the way the pan is engineered. It's simply the best. Also a great gift to give with a cookie cookbook or better yet cookies!!

I have had dough makers pans for years. I would not recommend this product to anyone at this time. The adhesive to keep the product label on is horrible to remove. I googled it..... The recommendations were ice, oil, alcohol, wd-40 and goo gone. It took all of them. Now I have 4 scars on my $25 pan. Shame on you for making something so nice to looks so bad. I would love to speak to someone about this.

Purchased based upon older products in our possession now; made in China and lacking original products quality - cannot recommend

I've owned a baking sheet like this for over a decade, picked up at some random shop in the early 2000s, and had been searching off and on for more of them, usually finding the hollow, nonstick air-bake style and giving up. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon these, identical to the one I have but with an actual brand-name badge on them!Like its unmarked forerunner in my collection, this sheet is less nonstick than an optimal balance between low stick, easy clean, and durability. Unless there's a ton of fat in your baked good, there will be a bit of stick, but the release will be very clean. Any residue will basically fall off with a spray of water or a sponge wipe. And, since there's no special coating or internal structure, there's basically nothing you can do to kill it short of bending it in half.

I just received this and haven't had a chance to bake on it. Let's be honest, it's a cookie sheet. Sure, some are better than others as far as heat distribution and whatnot. Parchment paper underneath and clean up is easy. For the reviews where people were absolutely defeated by adhesive; I saw those reviews so I paid importance to the adhesive. I think I may have tips to those who couldn't deal with it. Most of us are in winter and the package has been sitting outside in the cold. My advice is let the sheet get to room temperature before trying to remove the adhesive. Try and get a fingernail under it and slowly work it off. Once it starts rolling, you're home free. For any adhesive remaining, use the device in the picture I provided and you shouldn't have any issues. Hope this helps someone.

I used these for the first time and put them in my washer...came out completely destroyed. Discolored and not a pure aluminum pan. There is something off with these and not the product my grandmother used to use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANY REAL BAKER. I can't return because it's been too long since my purchase but I want to let my fellow bakers know.
