Best bake sheet you can buy, I makes 100's of cookies and this sheet is the only one that bakes all the cookies on the sheet evenly....even browning!

I have owned one of these cookie sheets for many years and love it. So, when I decided I needed a second sheet I didn't hesitate to buy another Doughmasters. It's not cheap but is a good investment if you enjoy baking cookies. My last batch of snickerdoodles baked perfectly and evenly. I use a tiny amount of good quality vegetable oil when the sheet needs to be greased, OR simply use a sheet of parchment paper and everything comes out (and off!) fine. Warm soapy water and a sponge keeps my sheets sparkly clean.A couple of downsides: cooking sprays like PAM will leave a residue on the pebbled surface that can't be removed easily, and the sheet should never be washed in the dishwasher.

I use it for baking cookies. I had one like it that was my favorite, but decided it would be better if I had 2. I like it because it is always consistent, easy clean up and a reasonable price.

I love my new cookie sheets. The cookies brown nicely and don't stick to the pan. The only trouble was removing the adhesive dots that held the label on the pans. They were horrible to remove! Please think of another way to adhere the label!

I have had many name brand cookie sheets and these are by far the best I have ever owned!! They don't twist in the oven, cookies don't stick to them and super easy to clean!! They are very durable. I needed flat cookie sheets for my new convection oven and I'm so happy I found these!!

This is a great size cookie sheet. Small for small batches, or the end of a batch of cookies. Great quality. I gave these as a gift. I have had mine for years and love them. Heavy duty.
