This pan is the perfect size, not too big, or too little. Banana bread bakes perfect in this pan. The edges aren't burnt nor is the inside not done. It comes out perfect!! Excellent product!! I would highly recommend this pan!! It's a keeper!!

I just love my DoughMakers Jelly Roll Pan. I had purchased 2 of them about 10 years ago and used them for baking. Then someone in my family put one of them in the dishwasher (the care instructions said not to put in dishwasher) and it came out with all gray spots on it and I could not get it back to it's original luster so I discarded it and bought a new one to replace it. It is well worth what I paid for it. I used it time and time and again and it was so easy to clean by hand. It always looked like brand new. Soooooo, that's why I purchased another one .and discarded the one that was [ut into the dishwasher. Great product!.. Great Quality!

I have a few doughmaker pans. I love them all. It helps whatever I am making cook evenly and not stick. I have made a meatloaf and bread in this one so far and I love it!
