Had a couple pebble pattern sheets from maybe 15 years ago, or longer- so happy to find more. Absolutely the best multipurpose pan i own!

I bake an average of 20 dozen cookies a week and even more during holidays. Yes, 20 dozen! I bought my first Doughmakers cookie sheet because I noticed it in a Good Housekeeping recipe for cookies. It wasn't an ad, but I was curious about it because of the way it looked. I'm a retired professional baker. After using the one I ordered first, I immediately ordered four more and tossed all my other "professional" sheets! I'd always used parchment paper to bake cookies so I was a bit hesitant with the first batch. I couldn't believe how beautifully and evenly baked the cookies turned out! I've given these as gifts to friends who love to bake and they end up ordering more than the two I've given and thank me profusely for introducing them. Cleanup is a breeze! I bought my first ones 5 years ago and, after all the use I give them, they still look brand new! I just ordered three more to give to my daughter in law!

I originally bought this pan for myself 10 years ago and recently bought one for each of my sons and their spouses. I love it as it doesn't burn the food and it keeps its shiny finish. Other pans retain oil and have turned black over time and burned food.<br />Would highly recommend this product.

I love, love, love these cookie sheets. I wouldn't use any other. Cookies come out uniform every time. Easy clean too. Just wonderful and I've been baking for over 40 years.

Baked dozens of cookies on these for Christmas not a single one failed. Perfectly browned on the bottom every time. I am buying 2 more pans!

My favorite pan. Love to use it for roasting vegetables. It cleans up very easily and conducts heat evenly.

Doughmakers pans are the best by far. Have had mine approx 15 years. They do not warp, easy clean and stay looking good.

I had a very similar pizza pan that my grandmother bought me years ago. It finally died on me and I ordered this one since it had the same pebble feature. I am VERY happy with this pan. It looks great, cleans up easily and is more stout then my original pan. I plan on ordering more of these in the very near future.
