Perfect! I love this pan! Perfect for baking cookies! I always use parchment paper on a cookie sheet when making cookies.

Im not sure who in the world thought it was a great idea first off to attach the description paper to the top of the sheet pans and secondly what brilliant mind thought using the glue dots in every corner of the description sheet was a good idea. Then to use glue that is so stuck on you have to use a knife or blowtorch to get it off. Come on people why cant you use the sticky glue that pulls off really easy and looks like snot burgers. Its not rocket science. The 2 smaller sheets I was able to get off with my fingers and an edge of a knife, but the big sheets I tried my fingers, a knife, a lighter and some goo gone. Which the goo gone helped it a little but I dont know that it was good on the finish so not sure if cookies will stick now.As far as the sheets themselves they seem very nice Ive been trying to find a super thin sheet like we used growing up and this is pretty close. The small size does fit in a toaster oven and the larger sheets seem to be standard size for cookie sheets. Now just have to try cooking with them to see how they do.

Turne black in spots. Had to clean with sos pad.

I bought this because I was under the impression it was an airbake pan from the description. It isn't. I haven't used it yet but hopefully it will act as one. Some complain about getting the glue off when it's first unwrapped. It's like rubber cement. Just scrape it with your fingernail and it comes off rather easily.

Wish I'd had this from when I was young!! Worth the extra money!

My new favorite baking pan! It's a good thick quality and doesn't bow or warp. And it's easy to clean. Has a nice texture on it that makes it look nicer than other pans.

These are great for baking. Great clean up. Just keep them away from the husband who likes to barbeque and not rinse off when done. Eventually like any other pan you will be scrubbing and they will look like they went through a war zone. :)

Best pan I have ever bought! Consistent baking is achievable with this pan!

I bought it for a home version of the Great British Baking Show where we all did jelly rolls. I did a pumpkin version on mine and reread the info about not spraying or needing parchment paper. WRONG!!! It definitely needs parchment paper. My “roll” ended up becoming a 3-later cake vs being able to get out off and roll it. Otherwise I love that it didn't warm, was ready to clean, and did what I bought it for. This was the first time I used it.

We love this pan for biscuits, but wish it was available in a smaller size. 9 x 12 would be nice. Biscuits come out evenly browned and evenly crispy. They're great. I just ordered the actual biscuit sheets from this manufacturer, and we'll see if they perform as well.

It bakes evenly and is sturdy, and it was a breeze to clean. A great replacement for our aging pans.
