Makes my hair super smooth and less frissy!

No matter what shampoo I use, I always go back to this conditioner. I have very short, dyed hair. It is also very fine, but there is tons of it. My scalp also gets pretty oily and greasy. This is a great combination for me. It helps keep my color, is lightweight for my fine hair, but not heavy so as to make my hair overly greasy. I only have to use a pea size to get the conditioning I need, so the bottles last forever. Unless, of course, my daughter gets a hold of it... :/

Your hair is manageable

My daughter loves this and the nice fresh smell. Her hair feels so and healthy.

It might just me but it made my hair very tangled. It also seemed like the shampoo was stripping the color from my hair.

The PREVIOUS VERSION of this product was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT on my natural 4b hair. I started using Dove Daily Moisture in 2010 when I went natural and haven't used anything else since then......but now I have to look for some other brand because Dove has done what so many companies are doing....they've changed the formulation (deep sigh)...and not for the better either. They've taken out the moisturizing glycerin ingredient, the nourishing Arginine and Lysine amino acid ingredients, and have instead put in Sodium Sulfate (in a conditioner!?) and Peg-7 Propylheptyl Ether (a modified version of alcohol ) Sulfates and Ether are very drying to hair. The previous version of this product with the glycerin and amino acids Arginine and Lysine left my 4b hair beautifully soft and moisturized for days! This new version of the product leaves my hair dry dry dry (weeps) I used to buy several of the 40oz bottles at a time in Costco and stock up on this product because it is a staple for my hair care and I depend heavily on it. Now what do I do!? Dear Dove:...If any of your representatives read these reviews... I want your formulation team to know that the change in formulation to the Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture/Advanced Moisture by adding Peg-7 Propylheptyl Ether and Sodium Sulfate has made what has been my favourite conditioner since 2010 now a conditioner that leaves my hair dry. Right after conditioning my hair feels great....but within two days it is very very dry, where previously the moisture lasted a week and longer. I am black and my hair is kinky and curly. The Daily moisture formula has worked beautifully for me since i started using it in 2010; but this is no longer the case with the new formulation. Please Dove, go back to the previous formula which didn't have Sodium Sulfate and Peg-7 Propylheptyl Ether in it. Bring back the glycerin, Arginine and Lysine! Please????

Good conditioner.

Amazing hair care product. One of the best for the price!

This shampoo is great for colored hair. It has a nice smell and lathers really great. I had purchased a smaller bottle from the drug store and since this purchase came with 4 big bottles of the shampoo, I refill the smaller bottle that I have as I need. The four bottles lasted me about 9 months considering it was both my mother and I both using the shampoo. I used the intense repair conditioner with this and it works great. I have highlighted hair so i try to keep my hair as healthy and soft as possible and this combination seems to do the job !

Dove products can't be beat in quality!

I've used Dova many times and I have always loved it but when I received this product, I was concerned because it was extremely runny. It's possible this product has been watered down or maybe wasn't mixed correctly.
