I took an herb course in 1981 where I learned to make some of John Christopher's formulas . This tooth powder was one. My dentist at the time was astounded that I had a perfect checkup, no plaque or tartar buildup. This is a very green powder and it will blow your mind how clean your mouth and teeth will feel. Great for healthy gums, too!

Really I had an improvement. I purchased this to improve my gum health hoping I could see a difference before my next 6 month visit. Had it TODAY and my gums went from a 4 to a 3. Now I didn't use it consistently but now I will. Doesn't remove the fact that I have to get some other serious work done but Baby steps will keep my oral health in tack.

Whether this powder will help recover any bone density in my front lower right gums (that's why I can only give four stars at this point) it's too early to say (and will most definitely come back and share the good news if that does happen, then I will give five stars instead of four), but it sure removed major staining from my teeth that I thought I would have to go back to my dentist to have a bleaching treatment. And speaking of bleaching treatment on teeth, that's a plus in this powder: it doesn't leave your teeth hurting with that horrible sensation peroxide does in exchange for a bleaching!

Bought this because of the ingredients. It's like brushing with dirt. I can't really say if it's improved my oral health yet. Time will tell. I transferred product onto a small glass jar. I then use the flat edge of a shellfish utensil, putting the product on my palm. Then brush. A little time consuming but product stays loose.

sometimes i only use this , push it into your gums and let it see on your teeth . brush and then spit out dont rinse .

First time giving this brand a chance and I have to say I love it. My teeth and gums feel really fresh and clean. Also the taste does not bother me at all. Highly recommend.
