Well let me tell you about this product for the past month a half my 15 month baby was waking up in the middle of the night and guess what Last night she slept from 8:30 pm till almost 8 am so i guess this really worked lets see today how it goes..

Just bought this to try. It help with my mom sleeping she is much more calm and relaxed now. Before the Spray she would be up all night now she has a restful sleep.

This has too much of a perfumy smell, with a strong almost vanilla smell. Not relaxing. Won't purchase this again.

The scent is a little herbal (in a sophisticated, not bitter way), pillowed nicely in a mellow sweetness. Spritzing it around the room is lovely, and it isn't sticky when it gets on you. While I haven't tried bathing in it, it seemed to leave whatever skin it touched a tad bit softer. This was recommended to me by a friend and it's become a wonderful addition to my nighttime routine, too. Freshens things up nicely.
