I spray this 10 mins before bedtime on sheets and pillowcases. It smells great and promotes a restful nights sleep. Highly recommend

This is one of those products that makes you think if they had this hundreds of years ago. So simple just some essential oils, water and melatonin ( not ingesting it either ) . This tiny little bottle its not just for kids though because you spray the house preparing for bedtime it works its magic on YOU also . Next thing you know youre both asleep on the play room floor . 10/10 would recommend to every human any weight or age for sleep issues . Spray 30 mins before bedtime

I spray this product on my sheets nightly and enjoy the relaxing fragrance. I purchased a small container so I can take some with me when I travel.

My brother in law has Down syndrome and altzhemers and was crying throughout the night. Now with a couple of sprays of Dr Teals he is fast asleep and sleeps through the night.

Great stuff I got it yesterday and used it to sleep I dont sleep well I wake up at two or three in the middle of the night I cant go back to sleep but after using this I slept through the whole night and I feel well rested thank you I will buy more.

We been trying to get my son on a sleeping schedule for when he starts school. I have to say its been working great. I spray his pj after bathtime and after like 20 minutes or so he lay in bed. I go again and spray his blanket while hes laying there and hes out within 5 minutes. I 100 say it works but I will say this dont use it if they arent around the first time. I did it while he in the bath and then by the time he went to bed it was all gone.

Love the Dr Teals sleep line - and the scent of the pillow spray is awesome and love using this stuff most nights. Its nice light enough and no lingering 'perfume' smell which I can't handle. Second bottle I've boughten - and one bottle lasts about 9-12 months for me.

I love the smell of this spray. I lightly spray my sheets when making my bed, so when I get into bed at night, the scent is released when I unmake my bed. Id spray more at night but I dont think my husband likes it. The subtle smell on my side is relaxing.

I bought this after hearing about it from someone else. I use to take Melatonin at night sometimes when I can't sleep, Spraying this seems to be just as effective. I spray on my pillows, sheet, and headboard (cloth). It works.

I sprayed this woke up in the morning didnt even know I went to sleep Im like nah this cant be it. I sprayed it on my after I showered I laid down woke up Im like nah this cant be it. So I sprayed it on my spouse side of the bed and 5 minutes later snoring like a baby literally I was like OMG it really works

I spray this above my bed before i get in it, and I do feel like I go to sleep easier when I use it. Maybe it's all in my mind, but it smells nice anyway.

Has a very nice smell....much better than the usual lavender sprays. Very calming and worked like a charm. I brought the 3 pack and gave 2 for gifts. It was well received.Would buy again.
