Just a couple of sprays on your pillow, wait a minute or two to lay down so it dries, and then drift off to sleep. Love the scent, it is light and pleasant. It is effective for me.

I just love the way this smells, and it's soothing, and I spray it on my pillows and on my blankets every night, and sometimes on myself because it smells so good.

It worked for me, but not my grandbaby! It did the opposite for her. She was up hyped for hours after her bath and spray down.

i have had insomnia since i was 13 im 41 nowim going through problems w/ endometriosis hot flashes etcit takes a lot to put me to sleep. i bought this was skeptical bc prescription meds dont even help me sleep. well it works!!! i mean i sprayed it it put my husband our dog down (he sleeps w/ us) i learned that i need to spray my side of the bed before they come in the room bc it gave my husband a hangover feeling for a couple of days. he doesnt mind on his days off work when he can sleep in, but on days he works hed rather not have me spray it while hes in the room. also the dog is finei dont like doing that to him, but he is hyper slept well WORTH IT!!!

I have struggled with sleep issues most of my life, and have tried mostly everything. I am not going to say that this is a sleep miracle but I love adding it into my sleep routine. It smells lovely and is very calming, I use it in my bed and my sons crib, we love our evening wind down while smelling the chamomile and lavender, it has been a huge win for both of us over the last few months. I will definitely be buying another bottle soon. 1-3 sprays has honestly been plenty for us, it does have a rather potent scent so I would say to use it sparsely til you know how much you want to smell.

Didnt think it would help but husband has been falling asleep. Sprayed it on my pillow (its smell is initially strong guys, so be warned). And I slept all night.coincidence? I dont know.

I use this right before I get into bed. I spray it around me and on my pillow and before I know it, i wake up the next morning. Its like magic

I got this to try and wow works so well for me. Helps me fall asleep and I feel more rested in the morning. I have used it everyday since I got it. A few sprays on my pillow works perfect. Have already recommended to friends .

Jesus, this stuff is a hoot. im quite generous with it and it will knock everyone in a 20ft radius out cold(an expresssion) works like a charm, get good rest. Highly recommend if you have trouble sleeping but have bad reactions to oral melatonin.

My grandfather has dementia and suffers from insomnia. His doctor recommended he take melatonin. We didn't want to give him an additional pill so we explored other options. We spray this on his pillow and sheets as part of his bedtime routine and he sleeps through the night. So far it has been working and we have been using it for months.
