Use this at night when Im having trouble falling asleep! I get headaches when using melatonin but this product does not give me one!

The spray smells really nice and is great to use right before bed. The scent lasts for a good amount of time on your bed, ensuring it smells good while you sleep with it. The bottle is also easy to use and lasts a long time as well. Overall, this spray is a great way to help you fall asleep.

Of course, I was skeptical that this would work as the reviews promised, but it does! My daughter and I have used this product several times, and it works like a charm. We fall right asleep, probably within 20 minutes. That said, I wonder if it should be used every night, as one should not use regular melatonin (the pills) every night.

My Ambien wasn't really cutting it anymore, so after reading all the reviews, I gave it a try. I don't love the scent, but I can tolerate it (old lady perfime). Besides, it dissipates after an hour or so. I've been using it a week and I am blown away. It works! I wake far less, fall back asleep quickly, and sleep soundly. Like, drooling kind of sleep. I do have some crazy dreams and actually remember them the next day, which is really unusual. I just spritz my pillow, pop an Ambien, and the next thing I know, I'm dreaming about Rick Springfield.

Many reviews complain about the scent. I agree that the scent can be strong, but I spray on my pillows about 30 mins prior to going to bed. This helps tame the scent, or you can spray under your comforter or further away from your head.We have been trying to move away from alcohol to help falling asleep at night. Since we started using this spray, we no longer have use for alcohol. This is beneficial for those who are trying to quit drinking!!

THIS IS AMAZING. IT REALLY WORKS AND SMELLS SO GOOD. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. IT HELPS ME SLEEP LIKE A BABY. I SPRAY IT ON MY PILLOWS AND BED SHEETS. I TRIED TO WATCH TV AND IN 5MIN I WAS KNOCKED OUT. I SLEPT ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND WOKE UP FEELING GREAT.

Visiting family before the holidays and we were having a good time. It was getting a little late when my sister-in-law started spraying the room. It turned out to be this lavender spray. We all laughed hysterically as if it was her way of making people tired so they would get out of her house! She swore up down it was to help get the kids to calm down and ready for bed. She said she uses it every night now and sees a difference. I bought some right on the spot! I'm always looking for ways to help relax and destress so I can sleep. It's great! It even seems to help get the dogs calmed down before bedtime. So now I spray it around their kennels before I leave for work. A little does go a long way. The first bottle is going into it's second month. (In an apartment.) This has been added to my essentials list!

bought this from walmart with no expectations, just wanted to see if it worked, so imagine my shock when i sprayed my bedding with this and within 30 minutes i was OUT. lmao there's gotta be some type of magic to this, i didn't expect it to be this strong at all, i barely expected it to work. but this spray had me sleeping like a baby all night!been using it for a week now and i could never go back. it has a strong scent, i think lavender and chamomile. i don't mind it but some people might so it's worth mentioning. but other than that there's no negatives. idk if i'll ever be able to sleep without this spray. 20/20 recommend.

I've been using this for about a year and it works! Just one squirt on the edge of my pillow is all it takes. The lavender smells great and is relaxing. I'm asleep in a few minutes vs tossing and turning for an hour before Dr Teal's spray.
