My son has the worst time falling asleep. So I sprayed it on his pillow..out like a light slept through the night.

I was skeptical at first. I had never seen melatonin in a liquid form, let alone just inhaling it could improve your sleep? I thought, yeah right. But I decided to try it out because of the other reviews and tik tok raves about it. I don't go a night now without it. I downloaded a white noise app and listen to it as well. The lavender scent plus the white noise relaxes me right to sleep. I feel like my sleep is better too. I'm more rested in the morning.

I had tried everything to get a good night's sleep to no avail. So when I ordered this spray I honestly thought it would not work. Boy was I Wrong! It smelled great so I sprayed some on my pillow and in my bedroom. I layed down at 7 pm and didn't move or wake up until 6am! I'm so impressed with this spray that I'm calling it Magic in a bottle! I'll definitely be ordering again and I highly recommend!

it works great help me out a lot in my flight to New York my toddler slept good please by this if your toddler doesn't sleep at night it work like magic guys I wish I had bought this before when I couldn't have an sleep all night..

Okay listen I though this wasn't gonna work and I was like yea right sleep my foot. But listen I sprayed it on my pillow and next thing I know I was waking up in the morning and I was like dang ms. melatonin work. If you want to sleep use this spray and get your sleep

I love this stuff. It smells so good and really does help relax you. Anytime I know it is going to be hard for me to fall asleep, I just spray my pillows with this and I easily fall asleep.

READ THE LABEL. The first two ingredients are water and fragrance. This scent is so strong with one spray over my toddler twins bed I could smell this out in the hallway. I diffuse essential oils but this was harsh it's not simply oil it's predominantly perfume. My sinus burned with this and it gave me a headache. Keep in mind the ingredient fragrance can contain many ingredients within it self and is often proprietary so any one with allergies I would stay away.Did it aid getting my 3 year old to sleep? NO. The scent last very long as perfume does. The onE spray was still on his pillow slip the next night.We tried it for a week with our twins and finally decided it was trash. I poured it down the bathroom sink and had to air out my bathroom because the scent lingered and was so strong.This was not as gentle as just using Melatonin chews so back to the occasional gummy usage.

I had high hopes reading the reviews on this and I'm happy to say that I concur! The spray not only smells great but it calms me down and I fall asleep in minutes. I usually sleep through the night until my alarm goes off and that has helped me for the next day so I have more energy and I feel more rested. I highly recommend this and it's a good price for something that can improve the quality of your sleep.

This has not worked for me but it does smell lovely. If anything at least it makes my sheets and pillows smell nice but for the price and the hype of this product I was hoping it would help me fall asleep quicker.
