I'd been using the epsom salt with this fragrance and found it very relaxing so I was happy to see there was also a spray. A little spritz on the pillow before bed is very calming. I don't find it strong and it dissipates nicely so you are ready to spray again the next evening.

It doesn’t really put you to sleep but it does make you wind down. If you’re already sleepy then it will help you fall asleep but if you’re wide awake bouncing off the walls like my kiddos, then it will definitely bring you down and make you tired.

Knocked out is how it had me! Sprayed it twice and within an hour I was in dream land ok I’m back. But yeah by this if you have trouble sleeping or want to put a child to sleep great value for the product. Also the scent smells nice and relaxing! I’m getting sleepy just typing about it lol OK let me get back to sleep good night.

Best thing ever!! Of course Tik tok made me buy, lol. But I was seeing it being used with babies but baby let me tell you once you spray this you got about a good 15- 20 mins and then your out. I absolutely love it!
