Since it has essential oils, I dont want to spray it on my pillowcases for fear that it will leave an oil stain so I spray it on my wrists. Not sure if it puts me to sleep since I always take melatonin, but it does smell nice.

I originally got this for myself, knowing my husband wasnt a huge fan of lavender scent. I dont know what it is about this, but he religiously puts it on his pillow before bed. We love it and sleep through the night now!

Not 100 sure how much it helps with regard to extending sleep. But it really smells great, long lasting as well. The linens and bedroom have a spa scent now!

I have a lot of trouble falling asleep at night, and have tried many different remedies in the past. Loved the idea of a pillow spray, so figured Id give this a try. This spray helps me fall asleep quickly and naturally without relying on any other medications. It isnt necessarily a traditional lavender scent, but it still smells good. Will be buying again!

I purchased this product because I was having trouble sleeping and after purchase it I never have trouble sleeping, so I highly recommend be careful on how much you use a dont need a lot. I use the time to time and Ive had my bottle for over a year.
