The box was just totally mangled. The figure itself seemed OK, a scratch on the hair, but these are often collectable items - the lack of care shown to the packaging is pretty intense, even if it wasn't.

It was okay, unfortunately the figure doesn’t stand on its own very well... but other than that and some glue on its forehead it’s fine...
