Mission: We are committed to bring young talents from the Latin community into the global business stage by identifying, fostering, and accelerating their professional careers, making it easier for them to advance in the job market.

Results: Several projects under consideration with Universities and Schools for our Distant Learning initiative. Over 1000 members of our Talent Pool program to provide access to talent in Latin America.

Target demographics: connect Talent Pools in different underserved countries to global businesses in need of talent.
