Believe the reviews. It fit too small/tight around an average adult head and it doesn't come as the picture shown.

When I opened up the package the headpiece was already falling apart. I tried super gluing it but the other side started separating from the headpiece. Poorly made.

Well made, fret value for the price. It fit well, although I had to secure it on with clips so it wouldn't slide up and mess up the bangs in the wig. But that is to be expected with elastic headbands so it was fine. It was a great finishing touch to round out my cleopatra look

The product is cheaply made. Looks like something you would buy at the dollar store. This isn't even acceptable as a kids costume.
